Parent Page Number Board
When a child needs their parent, a volunteer pages them from Check-in Manager, and the family's number appears instantly on a TV in the worship venue. It's quiet, simple and built for Sunday mornings.

A Page Parent panel on the Check-in Manager person page lists the child's check-ins for today. One click puts the number on the board.

Big, simple TV display
One number fills a black screen at a fixed, readable size. When several parents are paged, the numbers rotate.

Elevate urgent pages
Moves the page to the front, pulses a soft white border and shows the child's first name.

Optional texting
Tick Also text parents when paging to text the adults in the child's family, from the number you choose, with a message you can edit in Lava.

Choose the number
Show the check-in security code, the family Id, or any family attribute such as a pager number.

Instant, per-campus updates
Each campus has its own board, updated instantly with Rock RealTime and polling as a safety net.

Clears itself
Staff clear pages as parents arrive. Anything left over is cleared automatically at the end of the day.

History and stats
A full audit trail of who paged, elevated, texted and cleared, with totals, time-to-clear and breakdowns by room and day.

What gets installed
- Admin Tools › Installed Plugins › Parent Page, with the Number Board Manager, Number Board and Parent Page History pages.
- A Page Parent block on the Check-in Manager person page.
- A nightly Parent Page Cleanup job for end-of-day clearing and history purging.
Only plugin files are added, and core Rock is never modified. The package includes a complete uninstall script.
